Compared with thermal power, hydropower and nuclear power the wind power has it’s unique advantages, such as shorter design and manufacturing cycle, more flexible investment. Therefore, wind power has a economic market. Compared with the wind power generation technology in developed countries, the wind power generation technology in China is obviously immature. The domestic research on the control system of the wind turbine, the dynamics of the whole machine and the fault diagnosis is still not enough. Therefore, many large scale wind turbine related design technologies are introduced from abroad. With the wind turbine becoming larger and larger, the requirements for the control of the wind turbine system will be more strict. So it is significant to study the control system of the wind turbine. This papers from the wind power system control optimization technology start research wind power generation system.The paper built a wind turbine model and as an object of study, based on control optimization and load calculations and the gearbox dynamic analysis, wind turbines each key position, gears and bearings in the gearbox suffered a payload intensive study.(1) The important control parameters and related characteristics of wind turbine are analyzed. In this paper based on a wind turbine for wind power generation system control in the design some important parameters(including tip speed ratio, wind energy utilization coefficient, lift coefficient and drag coefficient) were simulated and calculated based on a wind turbine’s control system in the design, and compared with the data given by the enterprises, to verify the correctness and feasibility of model were.(2) Research on the wind turbine independent pitch control system is studied. First of all, the influence of wind shear on the wind turbine system has been studied, and put forward to reduce the influence of the independent pitch control method. At the same time this paper proposed a method that calculated of wind shear theory by extracting the actual wind speed. It provides a very good reference to get the more accurate value of the wind shear.(3) The paper established a completed wind turbine pitch control system independently. Useing FAST and Matlab / Simulink software co-simulated the model and designed more typical set of conditions based on GL specification. The load of the key position of the traditional collective pitch control and the independent variable pitch control are compared in this paper, and the simulation results show that independent pitch control strategy can reduce the over-load amplitude fluctuations in wind turbine and key locations. On the basis of different control strategies, the load of gear and bearing in wind turbine generator is studied. |
