Crushing equipment is widely used in industries like metallurgy, construction, mining, chemistry, electricity, water conservancy and so on. It has the advantages of high crushing ratio and high yield, etc. The new type cone crusher is an advanced intermediate-fine crusher which is developed and manufactured after drawing experience from advanced abroad equipment by LeiMeng Heavy Machinery Group. The new type cone crusher is multi-cylinder hydraulic. In mine production, The crusher works in a harsh working environment with volatile workload. The situation of iron overload happens frequently when the input is uneven or material with great hardness that cannot be easily crushed enters the crusher chamber. The hydraulic protection system is meant to protect the equipment from damage, reduce the times of breakdown and improve production efficiency.This paper firstly designs the overall structure of the new type cone crusher and applies drawing software to complete the drawings of parts and thus the structure of the new type cone crusher can be presented. This paper also calculates the breaking force through motor power and the characteristics of the material to be crushed in order to make sure the machine can operate in a reasonable condition.This paper uses the modeling method of power bond graph to build a bond graph model for the main parts in the crusher's hydraulic system. What's more, through a detailed analysis on the bond graph model, this paper builds an equation set of state to fully describe the dynamic characteristics of the system.The simulation platform based on AMESim conducts a simulation research on the new type cone crusher. Only when the data curve of the hydraulic simulation software close to the ideal value and conforming to actual working condition can the simulation be proven as successful and the hydraulic system desirable.Eventually, through to the lubrication system is studied, in view of the crusher of bad lubrication condition in the study and analysis, we in the lubrication system, on the basis of the original part of the equipment improvement.In addition, calculate and analyze the pressure loss of the lubricating system with the aid of relevant calculation formula and theoretical basis to check whether statistics is within the temperature range. If it is, the aim to modify the system is fulfilled. Besides, the driving rubber seal is replaced by mechanical seal so that the reliability and service life are greatly improved...
