Bus signal priority control could improve public transportation more attractive to the public in a certain extent, and have an impact on urban road traffic flow at the same time, so analysis on different bus signal priority control schemes'effect on traffic flow under the condition of domestic transportation plays an important role in the evaluation of transit signal priority control.Based on the existing bus signal priority control methods both domestically and internationally, the Qianjin Road in Kunshan City was selected as the research sites, and different bus signal priority control schemes' effect on traffic flow were analyzed through traffic simulation software. For the transit signal priority control schemes study, control methods and principles of passive bus signal priority and active transit signal priority were analyzed briefly. And then 5 different bus signal priority schemes were developed according to the research section. For the analysis on transit signal priority control effect on traffic flow, firstly, simulation environment of road was constructed using Paramics. Then mainly from two sides of roads and intersections, different bus signal priority control scheme of traffic impact were analyzed with traffic flow, average vehicle delay, queue length. Resuilt showed that under the traffic condition of the research sites, bus signal priority can improve the operating efficiency of the bus effectively, but with bus priority road, the passive priority that be fixedly arranged long bus special phase in each cycle has the greatest impact on social vehicles, and on that basis, coordinated with active priority contain green extension and phase jump can effectively reduce the impact.
