As a clean and efficient energy in the development of human society, nuclear power is increasingly important.. Nuclear power is more and more important for human society because it is a clean and efficient energy.lt can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve the environment by developing nuclear power, optimizing China's energy structure. With the development of nuclear power, the third generation of nuclear power plants under construction. Extensive use of passive safety technology of the third generation nuclear power plants greatly improves the safety of nuclear power plants. AP1000 nuclear power technology is a representative of the third-generation nuclear power technology, which is designed and developed by Westinghouse. When there is an emergency at the nuclear power plant, the engineered safety systems of AP1000 nuclear power can guarantee the safety of nuclear power plants without any human operators within 72 hours.In this paper, the passive residual heat removal systems, the passive safety injection system and the passive containment cooling system of process, equipment configuration in the third-generation nuclear power plants are studied and analyzed. A simulation model used to predict and monitor valve performance of these three systems is proposed. With a modular simulation technology, equipment simulation model in the nuclear power plant of engineered safety systems is built, including reactors, heat exchangers, regulators, pumps and valves, and so on. With Microsoft Visio as a graphic engine, using Visio Automation technology, ActiveX technology and database technology, the using C++, HTML and JavaScript computer languages has developed a suite of online simulation modeling software. Online simulation modeling software utilizing the established Equipment module can set up the appropriate system simulation model, and data communication can be achieved through the database with the nuclear power plant instrumentation and control systems. Modeling and simulation software can be run in accordance with the nuclear power plant's data parameter simulation model to predict each valve parameters change for some time of the system. The simulation model is tested and proven that system model simulation which online simulation modeling software is established designed proper and have reasonable dynamic operating trends. Correctness of system model and functional of online simulation modeling software has been verified.In order to improve the accuracy of valve model of nuclear power plant, which requires a lot of valve test data as a support. Finally, the analysis of the nuclear power plant valve and a nuclear power plant valve test methods have been proposed, which can provide some insight on the follow-up valve experimental work.
