| Road construction quality monitoring system collects parameters of road construction, so that the decision-making department can grasp the construction status and construction equipment in real-time and benefit to the construction process of quality control. The realization method of road construction quality monitoring system is studied by us.First, the structure of road construction quality monitoring system is described. Vehicle mounted unit collects data of temperature, vibration and position, and uses 3 criterion to exclude the temperature anomaly data; uses FFT and window function access frequency data by time-frequency analysis for vibration data of road roller; uses the Kalman filtering method to enhance the GPS dynamic positioning accuracy.Second, we introduce the realization method of the monitoring system software. The client uses the browser/server architecture, uses.Net technology and C# programming language realize software, uses Baidu map API graphic function of GIS. The GIS module can query construction equipment construction location and historical trajectory; fuel consumption monitoring module can query vehicle oil quantity change; project monitoring module can query basic project information and construction machinery construction parameters. In addition, software system also has parameters configuration, power configuration, and other functions.Finally, we use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and calibrate the quality index of the construction process, including the mixing of asphalt mixture, pavement milling, paving and rolling. System uses expert scoring to assign the weight of each index, and to determine the scores of the indicators, uses qualified rate as the main evaluation score calculation. Final construction quality assessment grade is divided into excellent, good, middle, second.Overall, road construction quality monitoring system was researched and developed to be the foundation for further application. |
