| With the development of earthquake engineering in our country,in recent decades,the seismic research of structure has made remarkable achievements,the seismic performance of structure has greatly improved,the seismic safety of structures has improved to a great extent.However,for the seismic research of structures and seismic design is in development stage,economic loss brought by the earthquake was still high.Therefore,in the face of the threat of earthquake disaster,we need to evaluate the seismic safety index of construction and its time to restore function as well as the recovery process.Endowment facilities construction is the fortified buildings according to the rules and regulations of our country,the structure system is in the majority with frame structure,the more room is given priority to with small studio of single or double dorm,and contains a life form a complete set of health care,entertainment,and facilities management services and other room.It mainly use groups to disabled elderly,when an earthquake comes,the destruction of the old facilities construction for the elderly life safety threat is great,therefore,can make architectural function resumed as soon as possible,and make the old people’s life safety and security of normal life is significant.Seismic safety of buildings in old facilities fully research and recoverability,in this paper,the building of all kinds of maintaining function of structures according to the displacement of its mechanical properties can be divided into sensitive type,sensitive acceleration sensitive type and mixed type,sensitive type of filler wall displacement for the seismic damage analysis and test result analysis at home and abroad,the seismic performance index of the masonry filler wall is obtained,and filler wall is analysed by finite element software integrated with structure under seismic action of common reaction;For acceleration sensitive equipment and components,the use of the floor response spectrum method to analyze its floor acceleration magnified effect,and make the acceleration amplification coefficient spectrum.This paper mainly completed the following work:1.Analyses the characteristics of the structure of stress and displacement of the sensitive,sensitive acceleration and mixed sensitivity classes.Summarizes the three more important in the building use function of the filler wall structures,damage characteristics of power supply system,water supply system and mechanical characteristics.2.Sensitive component,this paper chose the representative displacement filler wall,summarized a large number of masonry in filled wall and analysis of filler wall RC frame structure seismic performance test results,its are preliminarily under the earthquake response of seismic safety performance indicators,and based on SAP2000 equivalent spring brace model is used to establish the elderly apartment engineering examples,one of the filler wall cross model,using the method of pushover analysis ineach state in the process of nappe displacement angle index,compared with the test data and conclusion is obtained based on the performance level of destruction and displacement Angle index.The use of vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method under severe earthquake more flexibility to the whole engineering example phase analysis,established is proved by the preliminary evaluation index.3.For acceleration sensitive equipment and component,this article USES the time history analysis method to solve the acceleration time history of different floors,and aimed at the top to solve its acceleration response spectrum,analyzed its floor acceleration magnified effect,and make the acceleration amplification coefficient,and with air-cooled heat pump units of the anchor bolt calculation to get its seismic safety.4.To fill walls as an example to establish the stiffness degradation curve,and based on the stiffness degradation,respectively in a single piece of walls,floors,the whole building for the unit recoverable degrees index formula is put forward,at the same time puts forward the floor acceleration sensitive equipment and overall recoverable degrees;Put forward the importance coefficient,restore order coefficient,restore the difficulty coefficient of weight indexes such as recoverable degrees of overall construction fitting,established endowment facilities construction recoverability evaluation method. |
