With the development of science and technology to the modernization level, as it is today the life of people have become increasingly rich, life level is increasing day by day, has higher requirement for the quality of life, therefore, the glass is also more and more applied to the construction, apply to the People's Daily lives, and more is applied to advanced technology, become essential to high-end technology and new materials. Due to the large number of USES glass, will inevitably produce many waste glass. In recycling and reuse of waste glass in China started relatively late, and the European and American developed country for waste glass recycling research and application of many earlier, in addition to the part of the waste glass is recycled in our country, the majority of waste glass in landfill treatment, such as glass is non-biodegradable material, deal with the environmental pollution by landfill also takes up a lot of land resources, so how to waste glass, waste to find a new way of recycling is particularly important.The waste glass powder can be used as a replacement for cement concrete studies should be carried out for many years, and in the numerous research is research of waste glass mechanical properties of concrete, alkali aggregate reaction and waste glass powder activated and other aspects, and for the relatively few studies of waste glass powder concrete drying shrinkage characteristics.To study the mechanical properties and the drying shrinkage properties of waste glass powder concrete, this paper measure the amount of waste glass powder content is 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% of concrete specimens of mechanical property and shrinkage properties in dry environment and dry-wet circulation environment. The results show that the concrete compressive strength decreased with increasing the amount of waste glass powder. Under the dry environment, the dry shrinkage increases with the increase of strength grade of waste glass powder concrete. The shrinkage rate reduced with increasing the amount of waste glass powder, and were less than the reference concrete. When the dosage of waste glass powder is 30%, the influence on the drying shrinkage of concerete is improved slightly. Under dry-wet circulation environment, drying shrinkage ratio of mixed waste glass powder of concrete similar to dry environment. The rate of the shrinkage variation during wetting is significantly larger than during drying. The waste glass powder concrete expands during wetting and shrinks during drying.
