| Compared with gas water heater and electric water heater, solar water heater, air-source heat pump water heater, as the fourth generation of water heater, advantaged in safety, environmental protection, energy saving and sustainable water supply. It confirms with national industrial development policy and has a broad development prospect. Therefore, it has great significance to carry out relative research.In this paper, the KF75-type air source heat pump water heater was optimized to improve heating capacity and COP in order to achieve the national energy efficiency standards and advanced technology level.Firstly, the original unit was tested and analyzed, the results showed the unit presented a lower evaporating temperature and higher condensation temperature, which caused the poor efficiency. The performance of heat exchanger was also analyzed, the results showed that the heat transfer effect was not good.Secondly, the mathematical models of compressor,evaporator and condenser were established, which provided foundation for the follow-up system optimization. Then obtain the final design scheme. The fan for evaporator was optimized by the similarity law to reduce the power input to enhance the COPFinally, according to the final optimized scheme, a prototype was assembled and tested. The test results showed the heating capacity of the prototype was 3.82 kW, the COP was 4.46, which reached the secondary of national standard for saving energy. It means the presented schedule could reach the requirements. |
