As an important part of railway transportation safety, the anti-slip operation for the mid-station has an increasing requirement for intelligient management with the fast development of railway transportation. However, the domestic and overseas anti-slip operation is still mostly achieved by manual inspection which couldn't fully guarantee the operation security. Therefore, the research of an intelligent mid-station anti-slip system is very important and this kind of product has enormous market prospects.Based on above mentioned background, an efficient and stable railway intelligent anti-slip system communication network scheme is proposed in this article based on ZigBee technology, which will realize a real-time monitoring for anti-slip operation.Firstly, the background and significance of railway intelligent anti-slip system based on ZigBee technology is introduced in detail. Then domestic and overseas development of railway anti-slip system is clarified, and then the difficulty and key points of this topic are determined according to the characteristics of the anti-slip system.Secondly, the scheme of railway intelligent anti-slip system communication network based on ZigBee technology is proposed and ZigBee wireless sensor network has been analyzed in detail. In addition, another scheme is designed according to the function and performance requirements of routers and coordinators, in which CC2530 is selected as the main controller based on the development tool of IAR.After that, we further design and analyze the power management module, voltage booster module, detection module and watch dog module. To improve the stability of wireless communication and expand the coverage area, the existing AODVjr router algorithm and associated tables in protocol stack have been well optimized.Then, we design and analyze the software and hardware of TCP/IP communication module, RS-485 communication module and external storage module in the coordinator. The cost has been reduced without affecting stable wire communication between the coordinator and remote monitoring computer.Considering the practical situation, the interference level of ZigBee network is evaluated by RSSI, which is based on the signal strength being received. Furthermore, the automatic channel switching approach is proposed for ZigBee network.Finally, the function and efficiency of the router and coordinating nodes in this system have been discussed. The tests and the united debugging results have demonstrated the feasibility and reliability of the proposed scheme.
