| In recent years, the heating industry is developing very quickly, and pipe network coverage area is growing. At the same time, the incidence of heating system accidents is rising, and it brings great threat to people's health and economy. Heating system security has become an important factor affecting social security. Therefore, in order to reduce the accident rate, the heating system must be on safety evaluation and implementation of monitoring.Based on the heating accident cases in recent years and a summary track, I analyzed the causes of the typical accidents, and summarized the main security elements of each part of the heating system, including heating network, heat exchanger station and user systems. I use HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study abbreviated as HAZOP) to analyze the threats of heating systems, and establish a HAZOP analysis table and list the risk matrix.In order to monitor the operating conditions of the heating system constantly, and respond to the accident in time. This paper established the overall program of heat monitoring system, and used each node of the HAZOP as monitoring point of the monitoring system. And it introduced the implementation process of the hardware selection of the program and the realization of the software. For the hardware used in this paper, includes sensors, signal input module and a computer equipped with Lab VIEW. And I use Lab VIEW to achieve the login data acquisition system, data acquisition, and read-write file creation and data processing and storage capabilities and some other functions.Then, I described the monitoring system interface design in this essay. And based on collected data I analyzed the possible failures to guarantee the safe operation of the heating system.Finally, comparing the data acquisition system collected with the normal operating conditions, and based on this contrast, I analyzed the possible failure of the system. It has great significance to guarantee the safe operation of the heating system. |
