Engineering machinery in the development of the national economy occupies very important position. Loaders, as a kind of high work efficiency, use is very wide range of engineering machinery. Fault diagnosis system for loader system research is very necessary, and is conducive to timely find problems and troubleshooting as well as relevant security hidden danger, ensure the safe and stable operation of loader, prolong the service life of the loader to loader's maximum efficiency to reduce unnecessary economic loss and resources wasting, ensure that accelerate the process of engineering project quality, improve the economic benefit has very great practical value. In this paper, based on the actual investigation and analysis and study of the actual conditions of the loader, determined to carry out the research of fault diagnosis system based on multi-sensor loader and related technologies discussed in this paper.This paper constructed the power equipment state monitoring and fault diagnosis system, based on the conducted loader fault diagnosis based on multi-sensor information fusion technology research, the main contents include:1) according to the characteristics of the loader condition monitoring and fault diagnosis and needs, design a loader based on distributed architecture hardware condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system, based on Labview virtual instrument development software tools,monitoring and diagnosis system software is developed and the key technology in the design of hardware and software are analyzed;2) the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for loader as the platform, to conduct a loader fault diagnosis based on multi-sensor information fusion theory, the analysis of the relationship on the basis of information fusion and fault diagnosis, expounds the application of information fusion fault diagnosis of loader needs and loader and the basic methods of information fusion in fault diagnosis, the rough set theory, a fuzzy pattern recognition D- S evidence theory;3) on the basis of loaders measured data and fault analysis,fault diagnosis by loader in the fuzzy diagnosis theory,D- S evidence theory, the application of rough set theory,proved effective loader the necessity of multi-sensor information fusion in fault diagnosis and effectiveness, the introduction of information fusion theory helps to solve the loader fuzzy fault diagnosis information, the information redundancy and complementary information,improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
