Conventional air conditioning systems uses condensing mode to make the indoor air cooled and dehumidified, exhaust sensible heat load and latent heat load shares the same chilled source, results energy waste. Further systemic absorption of sensible heat and latent heat ratio only within a certain range, while the actual needs of the latent heat and sensible heat ratio in building are varied over a wide range, indoor thermal environment is not comfortable. Ceiling radiant cooling panel and dedicated outdoor air system utilize sensible heat and latent heat systems separately controls indoor temperature and humidity, not only avoid energy loss by coupled heat and moisture, but also to ensure that the indoor thermal comfort.Air fan coil plus fresh air systems and ceiling radiant cooling panel and dedicated outdoor air system were established by building energy simulation software Energy Plus, analyzed thermal comfort and energy cost of two kinds of air-conditioning system in villa building, the main contents were as follows:(1) A three dimensional modeling of villa building were established by Sketch Up, calculated building load by three different ways, the result showed that using Energy Plus software more in line with the requirements of the specification.(2) Divided building energy-saving season and determine the schedule tostart air conditioning based on the load calculation results and two types of air conditioning systems specific operating characteristics.(3) Compared the indoor thermal comfort and energy consumption of two air-conditioning systems. The results showed that: ceiling radiant cooling panel dedicated outdoor air system thermal comfort superior to fan coil plus fresh air systems, building energy consumption had saved 12.01 KWh/m2.
