In the rapid development of auto industry and highway,Tire industry has attracted worldwide attention.The traditional bias tires are used for agricultural vehicles and some trucks;all-steel truck radial tire are used for heavy-duty trucks,and semi-steel radial tires are used for cars and light trucks.Because of the radial tire wear,high-speed,comfort,fuel economy,safety features and widespread attention,radial tire is a measure of a country's level of modern standards of the tire industry technology,which is the main direction of the tire industry.In tire manufacturing,we found tire manufacturing enterprises take advantage of cheap labor for production.Because of less steel radial tire molding machine equipment,some molding equipment also lacks tire unloader in the application process,so manpower is the used method in handling processing of the tire.Tires will be moved into the green tire tray,and then implemented the inspection and tie bubble process before moving small car.Every day dozens of green tires are moved back and forth,which need large physical exertion.When handling of tire embryos,they are easy to deform,affecting tire quality.As a long-standing job,it is suffering from lumbar disc herniation,frozen shoulder and other occupational diseases.Therefore,for those all-steel truck radial tire production equipment,it is necessary to ensure the development and design of tire quality,then reduce tire unloader simple human labor intensity.Then after studying large quantities of domestic and foreign materials and doing some field researches on tyre manufacturers at home and abroad,We design a steel radial tire vulcanizing machine auxiliary equipment,which will transfer vulcanized tire to other places.During the design process radial tires,the main achievements of the three movements are pan,lifting and turning.Lssue requires 4860 mm displacement movement,so the campaign can be driven by the belt drive and slide buckle mechanism.You can move up and down to take the motor-driven rack and pinion.Rotation of the shaft can be driven by a motor.Specific works are as follows:Mechanical unloader mechanism is a major component,which uses to drive the implementation of parts and provides the impetus for the execution unit.The main drive forces have a motor drive,hydraulic or pneumatic drive.Unloader mainly rotates,moves up and down or lefts and rights.The general motor-driven is easy to follow set procedures to control the motor.Controlling assistance system gets through the MCU or PLC to drive system.As the use of modern large scale integrated circuit technology,strict production process,the internal circuit to take the advanced anti-jamming technology,PLC has high reliability.Therefore,PLC is selected to control the entire machine.The system sets up specified procedures,which provides a warning signal if the equipment carried by a predetermined step.The structure of the overall scheme is designed depending on the end of the actuator arm mechanism,the bracket support,total support etc.2D diagram of part of the structure is drawn by AutoCAD,3D modeling of complete machine was done by software Pro/e.Then continuously improve optimization of plate structure through collecting and analyzing of the main parameters and determine the optimal solution through the demonstration of the machine design scheme.
