Especially the technology can greatly improvesafety, reliability and flexibility of the power supply system, and it can be apply to somespecific fields, such as clinical medicine, supply power to mobile devices and so on.Along with the power supply electronic technology general progress, non-contact powersupply transmission technology displayed it own broad development prospects andapplication prospect. However, limited to the domestic power supply electronictechnology development lag behind, this technology is still in the early stages of thedevelopment and research.This paper clarified the theory of non-contact power supply technology anddesigned related circuits, and then designed a circuit framework of non-contact powersupply technology. According to the design problems of non-contact transformer‘scontrol system and Loose coupling transformer. This paper using the method ofcombining the digital technology and ICPT combination, designed the DSP control ofnon-contact transmission system. The TMS320F2812is used as the main control chipand IR2110is used as the power driver. It adapts the method of loose couplingtransformer, achieved contact between the power supply system and electricalequipment there is no conductor, and its classification, design and calculation of theloose coupling transformer were detailed introduction. It adapts PWM as the method ofDC/AC so that the wireless energy is efficiently passing by controlling energy antennalaunch frequency. Elaborated the value of each element principle so that the Pspicesimulation model was established to demonstrate the control circuit design and thesuperiority of the compensation networks of rationality.
