In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country, people's living standard is increasing day by day, and environmental protection consciousness gradually strengthened. Environmental protection has become a hot topic now. At the same time, the rapid development of economy has provided construction industry a broad space for development. As building materials which dosage is biggest, the consumption of concrete is growing with the development of construction industry and the over-exploitation of resources increasingly serious. At the same time, construction of new projects and the removal of old buildings brings a large number of construction waste and construction waste generated. Transporting and dealing with the construction waste not only caused a large number of manpower consumption, also has brought great damage to the environment. Therefore, the development and application of recycled concrete has important significance to recycle of resource and protect environment. Recycled concrete is a kind of green concrete, its development and application reduced utilization of natural resources and the negative effects on the environment.With the research and application of recycled concrete, steel-recycled concrete composite structure got the attention of scholars both at our country and abroad. Steel-recycled concrete composite structure have advantage both of composite structure such as light weight, saving steel, good seismic performance, bearing capacity reliable and recycled concrete such as low cost, low pollution and reduce consumption of natural resources. It is suitable for the rapid development of construction industry in our country, and it slso have very good research significance and application value.The article first introduces the research and application of recycled concrete and composite beams, the basic mechanical performance of recycled concrete and the feature of ABAQUS software. And then build steel reinforced recycled concrete beam simulation to ensure the accuracy of constitutive model of material; On the basis of above work, build steel-recycled concrete composite beam simulation, by changing the strength of concrete, steel section size, replace rate of recycled aggregates, the degree of shear connection and section size of the concrete slabs to study how they effect of the deformation, bearing capacity, interface slip and cross section strain. The results of the study are as follows:With the strength of recycled concrete increasing, the ultimate load increases and the interface slip decreases, but its impact gradually weakened, suggest that using C50 strength of recycled concrete; When the replace rate of recycled aggregates Below 50%, with the replace rate of recycled aggregates increasing, the interface slip decreases. When the replace rate of recycled aggregates above 50%, with the replace rate of recycled aggregates increasing, the interface slip increases. Meanwhile, the replace rate of recycled aggregates have little effect on ultimate load, suggest that the replace rate of recycled aggregates choose 50%; With the steel section size increasing, the ultimate load and the interface slip increases, but its impact gradually weakened, suggest that steel section size choose I20b; With the degree of shear connection increasing, the ultimate load increases and the interface slip decreases, but its impact gradually weakened. Compared with the degree of shear connection is 0.66, the ultimate load is obviously improved and the interface slip obviously decrease when the degree of shear connection is 1, suggest that degree of shear connection choose 1. At the same time, suggest that make the stud intensive at beam end and 2/5-3/5 in the distance of the middle of beam; With the height of concrete slab increasing, the ultimate load increases and the interface slip decreases, but it has little impact, and increased the amount of concrete, suggest that height of concrete slab choose 100mm.The results show that the steel-recycled concrete composite beams under monotonous load stress performance good, and the article can provide reference in application of steel-recycled concrete composite beams.
