Known as the joint of machine,bearings are the indispensable basis components of various kinds of machinery equipment.In the process of operation of high-speed rolling bearing,the contact problem between ball bearing and the raceway of inner-outer rings has been the key point to the research of bearings.There are various causes about the failure of bearings,the oversize local contact stress which cause by unreasonable design is one of them.Established on the basis of the classical theory of Hertz contact and Jones-Harris rolling bearing contact theory model can satisfy the design and calculation of basic requirements.However,since the amount of unknown number and equation systems is various,multiple equations needed iteration to get the relevant data of contact.The calculation is complicated and various.There for,finding out a simplified method to calculate the factors of the influence about the contact between balls and inner-outer rings can satisfy the precision requirement as well as reduced the workload to designers greatly.By deriving Jones-Harris theory model,a simplified calculation under the reasonable assumptions is obtained to establish the simplified theoretical model which is convenient for obtaining the contact load and displacement,then examed the effectiveness of it.Using the simplified method and Newton-Raphson method to calculate,and obtained the relationship between curvature radius coefficient and contact,and then provides a more convenient method for optimal design of bearing.Found out how speed and load influent the inner-outer contact Angle,of bearing,the contact load,and the contact deformation on the high-speed rolling bearings.And here comes to a conclusion: when there is only axial load works,increasing the speed will make the contact angle between balls and inner raceway getting bigger,and the contact angle between balls and outer raceway become smaller.Under the joint action of axial load and radial load,increasing the axial load can make the distribution of load in bearing approach uniform,and increase the radial load can make the distribution of load in bearing and inner-outer contact Angle,contact load symmetry distribution,and make the range of balls’ contact Angle in different azimuth getting bigger.Raceway contact Angle range.Introduce the finite element software and the finite element numerical method of contact problem.By using the Ansys finite element simulation software to analysis load stress and strain of bearing under the joint load,can be more intuitive to see the deformation and contact between the inner-outer rings and balls under load.And here comes the result that:one of the balls suffered the largest load and the deformation of load and deflection on each ball are symmetrical about this ball.This conclusion is conform to the theoretical calculation results.
