| Nowadays,LED-lighting system has become the mainstream of lighting system development for its advantages of energy efficient,non-pollution,long servicing life and high luminous efficiency etc.High permeability Mn-Zn ferrite is one of the key materials in the EMI filtering inductance of LED-lighting circuit,and their properties determines the performances of LED-linghting.And higher performances of high permeability Mn-Zn ferrites are required by the high frequency and miniaturization of LED lighting circuit.Therefore,it becomes one of the key to the popularization and application of LED lighting system to develop high permeability Mn-Zn ferrite with higher performances.This paper aims to prepare Mn-Zn ferrites with high performances used in LED-lighting circuit.This paper is divided into two parts:I.Preparation of Mn-Zn ferrites nano samples used in LED-lighting circuit via sol-gel method,II.High permeability Mn-Zn ferrites used in LED via conventional ceramic process.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)Mn-Zn ferrites nano samples have been synthesized via a template-assisted sol-gel method with metal nitrates as main raw material.The influences of calcination atmosphere,formulation,calcination temperature and assisted template on microstructure,composition and properties of the prepared samples are studied through XRD,FT-IR,VSM,SEM and TEM etc.(2)CaO-Nb2O5-Bi2O3-MoO3 doped high permeability Mn-Zn ferrites with the molecular formula Mn0.48Zn0.45Fe2.07O4 as basic formulation and Fe2O3,Mn3O4 and ZnO as main raw material were prepared via conventional ceramic process.The effects of additions on the microstructure and magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrites were investigated by scanning electron microscope,B-H tester and impendence analyzer. |
