As the secondary power supply convention equipment,aeronautical inverter converts direct current power supply(like 28 V DC)to single phase or three phase 400 Hz alternating current power supply for use by other device in aircraft by combine modern semiconductor with power electronics technology.With the development of the semiconductor industry,digital design technology helps to improve the performance and integration level of aeronautical inverter and is the tendency of high performance aeronautical inverter.Aiming at improving the performance of the aviation inverter and reducing the output harmonic,this article focus on the subject of aeronautical inverter power supply,designed an aeronautical inverter with lower input and 115V/400 Hz three phase output based on high performance digital signal processor.The aeronautical inverter was divided into three different parts namely DC-DC boost module?auxiliary DC-DC buck module?DC-AC inversion module.DC-DC boost module is used for provide stable DC power for DC-AC inversion module by convert the lower input power(26V-30V)to high direct current power.The push-pull forward converter topology was used as DC-DC boost module architecture by some compare and analysis.Voltage type parallel multiple structure was proposed as DC-AC inversion module architecture.The auxiliary DC-DC buck module was designed by the use of integration power supply chip,it provides lower voltage power supply for the digital circuit.This article also calculated the parameters of all module component,drawn schematic of all module.Based on the proposed voltage type parallel multiple architecture,simulation in MATLAB/Simulink was completed.We also completed a prototype use DSP.Simulation and experiment result has proved the validity of our design.Proposed voltage type parallel multiple architecture has the following characteristics:(1)The transformer primary side of every phase has multi H bridge and the secondary side has only one winding;(2)The inverter holding the output voltage with decrease the power and increase the harmonic when some of the H bridge suffered destruction.(3)As the multi H bridge in transformer primary side coupling with the secondary side,the switch frequency has increase N times compare to single H bridge,thus will decrease harmonic of the inverter.
