The two-stage1k VA Aeronautical Static Inverter (ASI)module is researched in this thesis.Based on the comprehensive investigation of different strategies, and for the purpose of improvingoverall efficiency and module, the former stage converter of ASI employs push-pull forward converter, which has the merits of forward and push-pull converter. The second-stage selects the single-phasecascade inverter.According to the requirements of the cascade inverter, the first stage converter is consists of twoseparate DC-DC Push-pull Forward (PPF) converter. The preferred shared loop control scheme andthe input staggered parallel control scheme are realized on the converter. The input current containslow frequency (2times the output frequency) ripple when the two-stage of the single DC-AC inverterworks together. The problem has been analyzed and researched in this thesis. A method by addingresonant controller to reduce the input current ripple has been developed. According to the voltagesurge suppression requirements of ASI, a appropriate inhibition voltage surge method is developed.Combined with ASI design index, the main circuit and control circuit parameters of the former stageconverter are designed in detail. The loss of the converter is analyzed. In this thesis, a1k VA ASI module principle prototype was developed. The experiment waveformand results were given in the thesis. The waveform and data show that the developed ASI has highefficiency and high stability. The EMC performance is a very important role in the process of the design of ASI. The basicconcept of EMC was introduced in the thesis. The EMI filter design process was given too. Combinedwith the PPF converter, the EMI parameter models of its main devices are established. The CM、DMnoise path of PPF circuit was analyzed. With the software Saber, the noise simulation model isestablished. The effects on the conducted interference noise by the major parasitic parameters and theinverter load are analyzed.
