High voltage distribution network is an important part of the power system as well as an important link connecting to power generation and electricity transmission,its planning and design level directly effect the reliability and economy of the power supply.As State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)pays attention to the network planning and the rapid development of technology for automatic distribution and its marketing utilization,which make more and more people focus on deepening the study of the distribution network planning and its related aspects.This paper analyzes the characteristics of domestic and international distribution network planning likewise the current status of the distribution network in Sichuan,according to the county distribution network planning of the main technical principles,introduces the load forecasting,concepts and methods of power balance and the target grid planning.This paper analyzes the status of the city power grid in order to identifying the weak links of the grid,based on area controlled detailed planning,make use of "point-like extensions powered model" for modeling.In this paper,the author make use of a county area and various towns' historical load data,taking advantage of large customers natural growth method plus regression analysis method,to carry out recent mid-term total load forecasting and annual load distribution prediction for long-term,then verify the result with the elasticity coefficient value of consumption and comprehensive method,finally draw the optimal solution.By using the solution showed in this paper,the author can finalize the site and the capacity of 110 kV transformer substation and make proposals for 220 kV substation substation distribution,in order to determine the high-voltage distribution network planning for the medium-term and long-term and medium-voltage distribution network planning.Based on the network planning,we can clarify the needs for forward level year of the 110 kV transformer substation construction land demand,10 kV switching station construction land demand and the pipe rack layout of power line for 35 kV voltage and above.
