| The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has great span capacity, good mechanical performance and wider adaptability, especially in the case of continuous rigid frame bridge out of work. Although the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction technology getting mature gradually, but with increase of bridge span, bridge site construction worse natural conditions, bridge construction’s stress state, influence factors, construction errors and quality control still need to be strengthen.Zambia Sioma bridge is located in hinterland of the African continent, due to geographical conditions, changeable climatic factors and the British design load criterion, due to design changes, the actual construction concrete grade and strength grade of concrete differences larger, the impact of many unfavorable factors, caused severe challenges to the construction quality and safety.This paper having Sioma bridge(66+120+66) m three span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge design and construction as the background, studied large span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction linear control and pier top temporary consolidation blasting demolition scheme of pier top, the main work is:(1) The Sioma bridge using adaptive control method to control the construction process of monitoring, using the finite element analysis software Midas / Civil for main girder construction stage simulation analysis,according to the actual construction and anti analyzed and revised the theory calculation of concrete calculation parameters, timely adjustment the beam section of the subsequent construction of the vertical mold elevation, ensured bridge’s structure safety in the construction process and the bridge alignment and stress meet the design requirements as well.(2) Having Sioma bridge vertical curve setting scheme as the foundation, analyzes the different curvature radius of vertical curve girder pre camber and stress errors, it has reference meaning of the bridge’ theory analysis modle establishment and construction control that have vertical curve.(3) Due to the finite element analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA simulation analysis of pier top temporary consolidation blasting demolition of the bottom beam stress influence, and analyzes the different pad material under the bottom of the beam stress difference, for temporary consolidation of pad materials selected to provide a certain theoretical basis. |
