Arch bridge construction with cast-in-place cantilever method has many advantages such as reducing construction cost and period, easily controlling deformation during construction, having good structural integrity, reducing damage to environment and so on. It has gotten fast development abroad in recent years. And it is the first time to construct arch bridge with this method in China, so it is a new method in the construction of arch bridge in China, in order to get the variety of stress and deformation of the arch during construction and test the safety and feasibility of the cast-in-place cantilever construction scheme the real bridge planed to utilize, it is necessary to take a model test of the arch construction with this method. The thesis is focused on the 1/5 scale model test on the construction control of the Baishagou No.1 bridge with cast-in-place cantilever method, and the following are included:Firstly, the theory of model test and the design and construction of the modle are briefly introduced. The design and construction of the modle are almost the same as the real bridge.Secondly, the contents and methods of the construction control are stated. Finally, it is emphasized on the result and analysis of the construction control of the model test. The arch alignment, deflection, displacement of the temporary pylons, tension of the cable and stress of the control cross section are included. And the test result shows that it is good to control the stress of concrete by adjusting the tension of the cable for two times, and it is more reasonable to remove the cables from the spring to the crown, and the construction method of the real bridge is safe and feasible.
