In this paper, considering the background of the rapid construction and development of multi rail transit mode, in order to avoid unhealthy competition between each passenger transport products and improve the efficiency of the traffic passenger transport, we need to unified and reasonable allocate each mode of transport. Therefore, study the share rate of passenger flow as the research emphasis in this paperFirst of all, this paper analyzes that the division of passenger flow in rail transit and other transport has been unable to fully and accurately reflect the actual situation of the transport market, therefore, rail traffic is divided into existing railway, intercity railway and high-speed railway. Then, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the share rate of passenger flow from the aspects of traffic characteristics, personal attributes, regional and temporal attributes. On this basis, taking into account the differences between different types of passenger travel choice behavior, the passenger would be divided into different types of passenger flow according to the income level.Then the paper analyzes the traditional generalized cost, and determined the three service attributes, such as economy, rapidity and convenience. Because of the different levels of income, the passage on different features of economy, quickness and convenience, in order to truly reflect the general cost of passengers' choice of a certain kind of transportation mode, the modified weights should be added to each service characteristic, and the generalized cost function of the passengers with different income levels should be constructed.Then, based on the generalized cost function of the passengers with different income levels, the paper establishes the model of the transportation capacity of the transportation mode with the minimum cost as the objective. The model can be regarded as a multi-dimensional resource allocation problem, and can be solved by dynamic programming.At the end, the paper as the A-B transport corridor in the Pearl River Delta an example, according to the data obtained from the survey of different income levels of passengers for the existing railway, intercity rail, high-speed rail and road transport travel cost. On this basis, according to the model of the passenger flow division based on the generalized cost to solve the passenger flow of each mode of transport in the A-B transport corridor in 2025, so as to calculate the sharing rate of rail transit. Then the sensitivity analysis of the passenger flow sharing rate was carried out.
