Generalized Cost-benefit Study Of TA Pumped-storage Power Station

As the largest country in terms of energy consumption,the largest electricity installed capacity and the largest total power generation capacity,China has a pivotal position in the world’s climate change and environmental protection.In the current situation of the normalization of the new crown epidemic,the employment situation in my country is relatively severe,and in the context of the vigorous development of "carbon peaks and carbon neutrality",the pressure on environmental protection faced by my country cannot be ignored.As one of the best clean energy storage methods,pumped-storage power stations are widely used in my country and even around the world.Due to their reduced fossil fuel emissions and reduced pollution emissions,the environmental benefits brought by them are also not to be underestimated.In this way,the social benefits of pumped-storage power stations for improving the surrounding environment and increasing employment for the surrounding population cannot be ignored.This article first conducted a series of literature studies and found that the current research on the internal explicit benefits of pumped-storage power stations has been relatively sufficient,but the related research on the generalized cost-effectiveness combined with its hidden costs is relatively lacking.Next,combined with the relevant theories of cost-benefit analysis at home and abroad,a generalized cost-benefit analysis method for pumped storage power plants is proposed,the generalized cost and generalized income of pumped storage power plants are defined,and the generalized cost,generalized income and generalized income are analyzed.The composition and calculation method of benefits are based on the analysis of the explicit cost benefits of pumped-storage power stations in traditional research,and the hidden costs and benefits of pumped-storage power stations are also taken into account.The hidden benefits are further divided into environmental protection benefits and The two aspects of social benefits are calculated and analyzed separately,and the overall generalized benefits of the pumped-storage power station to the enterprise itself and the surrounding environment and society are considered more comprehensively.Secondly,taking TA pumped storage power stat432 ion as an actual case,the basic situation of TA pumped storage power station is described,and the current existing and facing problems of TA pumped storage power station are pointed out,and TA pumped storage power station is derived for these problems.The necessity for power stations to conduct generalized cost-benefit research.Thirdly,based on the financial data and operating data of the TA pumped storage power station for the whole year of 2020,combined with the generalized cost-benefit calculation method summarized in the previous article,this paper calculates the generalized cost and generalized income of TA pumped-storage power station to calculate The broad benefit of TA pumped-storage power station is 2.7times of its obvious benefit.It is concluded that the hidden benefit of TA pumped-storage power station is greater than the obvious benefit calculated by traditional methods.Finally,by comparing the traditional explicit cost-benefit analysis method with the generalized cost-benefit analysis method,it is proved that the generalized cost-benefit analysis method has more obvious advantages compared with the traditional explicit cost-benefit analysis method,and it is more important to our country.Pumped storage power plants are more applicable.Combined with the actual situation,a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development and operation of TA pumped storage power stations,which provide new research ideas for the construction and operation of other pumped storage power stations in my country.
