According to incomplete statistics, since twentieth Century, China's automobile fuel oil on the share of 98% of the oil and foreign imports accounted for 55%. Currently is major efforts to developing electric vehicles, the path of the electric automobile independent on petroleum products, with the push of government, in the near future, we believe that electric cars will be closer and closer, electric vehicle development and application to alleviate the traffic demand, petroleum safety and pollution emissions by the very important significance.In 2012 to continue to further promote the electric vehicle industry development and smart charging service network construction and operation, in the formulation of standards, vehicle to promote the exchanges and cooperation on countries launched a series of new policies to support the development of electric vehicles, including the approval of the "energy-saving and new energy automobile industry development planning", buy new energy vehicles to give some subsidies, "863" research and development of electric vehicle research project, "10 city 1000 project of high strength promotion. Especially the State Grid Corporation of support, in 2012, the company built 110 charger for power plants, 1420 AC charging piles, completed a total of 353 cradle for power plants and electric car international cooperation is also growing, everyone to actively participate in the development of electric vehicle industry to, especially the government, research institutions and other social organizations of the strong support and participation.According to the characteristics of the population and the area of Chao yang District, this paper determines the number of electric vehicle charging in this area. According to the electric car, electric buses and electric bus actual electrophysiological data analysis that the Chao yang District in plan for the first time operation of the electric vehicle power consumption about values, to as to determine the basis for charging pile. Based on the analysis of some basic data of electric vehicle, the technical requirement of charging station and the function of charging pile are put forward, and the distribution system which meets the needs of the field is developed. According to the relevant theory of charging system, this paper introduces the design scheme of Chao yang area from the aspects of location, electricity, civil engineering, economy and so on.The project is as intelligent charging service network technology support, not only can driven by and to accelerate the development of circular economy and low carbon economy of the development of electric vehicle industrialization and commercialization, which effectively improves the efficiency of energy use. The application of electric vehicles is not only a solid step for the construction of the Internet of things, the construction of intelligent charging service for electric vehicles, but also an effective attempt to the regional network of electric vehicle charging facilities. Although electric vehicle intelligent charging and changing service network in the world has been widely used, but some of the relevant technologies of electric vehicles are still to be mature, especially the research of battery technology. Through the in-depth study of the relevant technology of electric vehicles, not only can not better promote the development of charging facilities, but also to further promote the practical application of electric vehicles...
