| In recent years,the domestic research on the application of flexible base is mostly on the graduation of ATB,and there is very few researches on ATPB.According to the climate and geological characteristics of the Wenzhou area,this paper puts forward,through the adoption of open gradation asphalt stabilized macadam flexible base(ATPB),in order to prevent rain all the year round,and the deep soft soil base area water damage of asphalt pavement and early diseases such as reflective crack.Firstly,the main road of pavement distressed survey,causes analysis,summed up the main failure in Wenzhou City and analysis of the main characteristics.It caused that the main reason of the damage of asphalt pavement was water damage,and put forward the most effective way to solve the water damage was the ATPB flexible base.Through the research on the road performance,it emphasized the necessity of replacing the traditional cement stabilized crushed stone semi rigid base with ATPB flexible base on soft soil subgrade.However,according to the test of requirements and specifications,the design and analysis of the form of ATPB mixture mix proportion design,according to raw materials and specific situations of selecting proper mixproportion design in Wenzhou area,and give ATPB mixture of each index target value of design,then the inspection of raw materials to determine the aggregate gradation,and give the optimum asphalt content of 2.8%,for designing the mix proportion.Through the test of road paving,using the entire track from the construction mix proportion design to go into production,for the mix proportion which is verified,it puts forward in the construction process of quality control,inspection and management methods.Finally,the observation and evaluation of test road construction effect,which given good results.Finally,via economic analysis,compared with verification of open graded ATPB,that of cement stabilized macadam base has more better economic and social benefits. |
