In order to make sure spacecraft could work well in the Space,it is very necessary for us to test it in the earth before emitting it into the space.With the continuous development of aviation,the requirement of spacecraft-test has been improved.Compared to different methods of simulating the zero-gravity environment,pneumatic constant tension has many advantages including good compressibility,low rigidity,energy saving and high efficiency and maintainable and the like.The key indicators of pneumatic constant tension device are reflected in the maximum natural frequency,output force characteristics and movement journey.We can improve the precision of system output force by refining main part like friction free cylinder and electromagnetic force compensation device,also,in order to indirectly extend the movement journey of pneumatic constant tension device,we can utilize the following technology of servo motor.The important contributions and creative achievements are summarized as follows:1.Dsign the whole idea include the following technology of servo motor,electro-magnetic force compensation device,the whole collocation of pneumatic system and describe their cooperation.2.Analyze the electromagnetic force compensation system of pneumatic constant tension device and the optimization of its structure and dimension by Maxwell simulation which minimized the fluctuation of electromagnetic force,provided theoretical basis for designing magnetic circuit,reduced the difficulty of electromagnetic-force control and improved the precision of output force.3.Analyz the control strategy of every parts of execution module,draw PCB,establish the communication agreement between every boards.finally,I program the MCU program and debug it.4.Set up a platform to test electromagnetic force compensation device,and then compare it to the simulated results,analyze the meaning of the similarities and the reason of the different points. |
