The form of bridge aims to satisfy the traffic function. The perfect bridge figure, which is created through domination of mechanical and aesthetical principles, combination of environmental factors, aesthetics optimization of form as well as shaping each part of the bridge and the whole, blends surroundings.The research paper focusing on the influencing factors of bridge design, the article puts forward the bridge design principles which need to satisfy from studying the function, beauty,economy and environmental protection and other aspects.According to the mechanical characteristics of the structure and the performance requirements of the material, the paper based on the criterion of the stress optimization, used a bi-directional evolutionary topology optimization method aims to typical bridge such as Zhaozhou Bridge, and its deck is placed in different position such as deck-arch bridge,half through arch bridge and through arch bridge,and the bridge tower and so on are topology optimized with simulated calculation.Thus, the optimal topology optimization models of the examples compare to the actual models have the similarity, which prove the scientific of this method.The paper taking a form design of bridge which located on south lake science as an example, it follows the basic functional requirements and considers the various demands to design the bridge.The selection of bridge form and confirming the number of the bridge span are based on the siting of hydrology transportation, engineering geology and so on.The research getting two more appropriate schemes according to the mechanical requirements and aesthetical principles,which focus on each hole span, rise-span ratio, bridge deck longitudinal slope and the radius of vertical curve of parameters. The form design of two-dimensional plane schemes, which are based on the bi-directional evolutionary topology optimization method, and combined the APDL language of ANSYS of the finite element software to edit topology optimization program.The results of topology optimization provide reference for further bridge design.The research paper further improve the structure size design and for finite element calculation is aimed at the two type bridges.of topology optimization, thus to determine the optimal scheme. |
