With the rapid development of digital control technology,the research on the control method of the digital / servo valve control system is the direct digital control method.This article in view of the deficiencies that existing pneumatic control valve,redesign the key structure of the valve,it can be reduced the overall size of the valve.The pneumatic valve has the advantages of simple structure,wide application range,low manufacture cost and convenient continuous control,and also has the application prospect in the industrial air pressure control system.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Based on the literature and theoretical analysis,through introduce the classification and working principle of the pneumatic valve,and solenoid valve is designed on the basis of principle that micro embedded gas valve structure.According to this,determine the seal of valve structure,electro-mechanical conversion device,valve port.Determining the structure parameters and the electromagnet on the valve body further.2.The micro embedded gas dynamic electromagnetic valve,dynamic parts of the iron core,fluid part of the theory of system be modeled,the electromagnet is the key component of pneumatic valve for circuit analysis and simulation of magnetic field analysis.3.Experimental platform is built to test the performance of the designed sample.The air tightness test of micro-embedded pneumatic valve and the pressure characteristic test and flow test of different size containers were tested.The differences are analyzed according to between the experimental results and the design objectives,it can provide reference for the future research and design.
