Low temperature sintering can reduce the volatilization of PbO in Piezoelectric ceramics, so environmental pollution can be reduced, Non-stoichiometic can be avoided and good performances of materials can be sustained. Meanwihle, cheap metals can take the place of expensive metals in the preparing process of multilayer piezoelectric transformers, so cost of production can be saved. In order to lower sintering temperature of piezoelectric ceramics, the method of sintering aids is used in this paper, Li2CO3, Li2CO3+ZnO and LiBiO2 is used respevtively to lower the sintering temperature of Pb0.95Sr0.05[(Mn1/3Sb2/30.06(Ni1/2W1/20.02(Zr0.49Ti0.510.92]O3 (abbreviated as PMS-PNW-PZT) piezoelectric ceramics. Moreover, the influence of LiW to PMS-PLW-PZT piezoelectric ceramics is investigated.The influences of sintering temperatures and Li2CO3 contents to PMS-PNW-PZT piezoelectric ceramics are investigated. The results show that the"hard"properties are better when the sintering temperature is 1050oC and the Li2CO3 content is 0.3wt%, the value ofε T33 /ε0, k p, Qm , tanδand is 1828, 0.47, 840, 0.42% and 310pC/N respectively and that the"soft"properties are better when the sintering temperature is 1050d33oC and the Li2CO3 content is 0.7wt%, the value of , , ,ε T33 /ε0kpQm tanδand d33 is 1954, 0.49, 733, 0.5% and 343 pC/N respectively.In order to improve the value of , The influences of sintering temperatures and LiBiOQm2 contents to PMS-PNW-PZT piezoelectric ceramics are investigated. The results show thatε T33 /ε0, k p, Qm , tanδand is 1213, 0.32, 1917, 0.55% and 200pC/N respectively when the sintering temperature is 1050d33oC and the LiBiO2 content is 0.3wt%.In order to improve the properties of piezoelectric ceramics further, The influences of sintering temperatures and ZnO contents to PMS-PNW-PZT piezoelectric ceramics are investigated when the content of Li2CO3 is 0.3wt%. The results show thatε T33 /ε0, k p, Qm , tanδand is 2277, 0.52, 1691, 0.96% and 341pC/N respectively when the content of ZnO is 1.0wt% and sintering temperature is 1050d33oC and thatε T33 /ε0, k p, Qm , tanδand is 2412, 0.58, 1023, 0.7% and 368pC/N respectively when the content of ZnO is 1.0wt% and sintering temperature is 1100d33oC. In order to lower sintering temperature better, The influences of sintering temperatures and LiW contents to PMS-PLW-PZT piezoelectric ceramics are investigated. The results show thatε T33 /ε0, k p, Qm , tanδand is 1386,0.39,1836,0.4% and 197pC/N when the sintering temperature is 1100d33oC and the content of LiW is 0.03mol.
