In view of the present status of building energy efficiency requirements and thermal insulation wall materials,Has now developed a new type of wall materials,It is foaming agent and water mixed with ordinary portland cement,Then ceram site with air-ertraining slurry organic compound,The natural curing of a new type of energy conservation and environmental protection wall materials-ceram site foam concrete block.In this paper, the basic performance of the block made in-depth and relevant durability test, And compared with polystyrene particle concrete composite block and analysis, some useful conclusions are drawn to provide the reference for the design and construction,In this paper,the specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:This paper expermentally ceram site foam concrete block bibulous rate, moisture content and relative moisture content and drying shrinkage value,at the same time,according to the current specification of wall material bibulous rate and drying shrinkage performance requirements, assess the water absorption and drying shrinkage performance,comprehensive evaluation of the block of the basic physical properties,to ensure the usability and safety of block.Experimental study on the basic mechanics performance at the same time,the experimental phenomena and results are research and analysis,put forward the corresponding calculation method, draw relevant specifications,test data and combining with the current evaluation of its mechanical properties of block, and compared with the calculated value,and some meaningful conclusions are drawn as well as reasonable improvement measures.study its at the same time through the freeze-thaw cycle,softening and durability under the condition of carbide,evaluation of this kind of block meets the wall materials application unified specification GB5057-2010 rules for durability,studies have shown that this kind of new type thermal insulation concrete composite block in accordance with the provisions of the specification on the durability of materials.In this article,through experiment and analysis of the two kinds of new type thermal insulation concrete block,found ceram site foam concrete block rate of water absorption,sweat and sweat rate is relatively small,flexural strength,low but bibipolystyrene particle concrete compressive strength,compressive and flexural strength of composite block is large, try apparent density is significantly higher than the polystyrene particle concrete composite block,from the aspects of durability, ceram site foam concrete block antifreeze performance is good and drying shrinkage performance is better than polystyrence particle concrete composite block, but ceram site foma concrete block carbonization resistance, water resistance is lower than the polystyrene particle concrete composite block. Hope that this article research results for the future of this kind of new type thermal insulation concrete composite block technology research and provide some experimental basis and theoretical basis for engineering applications. |
