In the 21st century, the global economy is still moving in the direction of the steady and rapid development. The consumption of primary energy resources like coal, oil and natural gas, increased dramatically. Over-exploitation of energy resources caused the energy crisis, rising energy prices and environmental pollution crisis. In the international environment of international oil prices remain high, increasing proportion of fuel costs in shipping costs, and International Maritime Organization (IMO) in response to global warming, enforced two ship energy efficiency standards, the Ship Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) and the Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP). The world shipping industry, as huge oil consumption transportation, bears the brunt. So how to save shipping energy, utilization of various types of shipping energy, and reduce operating costs, is the problem of all domestic and foreign shipping manufacturers, shipping companies and the IMO concerned.As an advanced energy-efficient technology, combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) system, built on the basis of the energy cascade utilization. This paper presents when CCHP systems used for a shipping energy system, it is called shipping cooling heating and power (SCHP) system. Then comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the SCHP system like thermal efficiency and multi-attribute, contributed to ship energy conservation and emissions reduction. First, on the basis of the design of CCHP propose three different SCHP systems:the traditional SCHP system, based on the absorption chiller SCHP system and based on the steam turbine generator SCHP system. And then do a detailed analysis of their respective characteristics, applications and critical equipment mathematical modeling. Secondly, choose a large cargo ship of Zhe Hai Fu Xing as the research object, the ship sail conditions as the research background. Through the actual survey data to estimate the ship heating and power load requirements, and analyzes the original ship system of the traditional SCHP system, scheme one based on the absorption chiller SCHP system and scheme two based on the steam turbine generator SCHP system cogeneration system mathematical constraints. Finally, the original ship system as a reference object, do a thermal economy and multi-attribute comprehensive analysis and evaluation of based on the absorption chiller SCHP system and based on the steam turbine generator SCHP system.In this paper, choose an actual ship as the research object, the original ship system as the reference object. Combine with the characteristics of marine equipment and load demand, multi-angle analysis the three SCHP system performances like Thermal economy, environmental impact, energy efficiency and regulatory policy. Promote the technology in the promotion and development in our country, and for the realization of sustainable energy strategy goals.
