With the development of science and technology,the motor drive unit has been widely used in engineering machinery,transportation machinery,light industrial machinery,agricultural machinery and aerospace,aviation,ships and weaponry and other defense industries.However,due to atomic energy,aerospace,petroleum,chemical and other automated equipment,some need to transport toxic,corrosive,high temperature,high pressure and other special liquid,a drive unit to drive the valve automatically switches is required to achieve control of the liquid.Therefore,in order to address the special liquid transfer process,especially the drive device is applied to the switch valve,the valve body to be able to complete the forward or reverse 90 °,but also to ensure no leakage of liquid transport problems,the present study was designed based on the development of three-phase AC induction motors and planetary gear drive technology shielded motor drive.The structure characteristics of the device for the motor output shaft is planetary gear input shaft,output shaft of the planetary gear train and directly drive the valve core shaft,between the rotor and the stator of the motor by a non-magnetic thin-wall sleeve isolation.Between the drive device and the valve shell,the static sealing structure is directly connected,without dynamic seal in the structure of the whole structure,so there is no leakage problem.At the same time the valve in the open or closed,the motor stops rotating.At this time planetary gear train with the reverse transmission self-locking can guarantee the reliability of the switch state,to meet the demand of automatic control valve switch in a special liquid input device.First of all,the structure characteristics and the innovation of this design are analyzed.According to the actual operation of the motor driving device,the mechanical and mathematical models of the shield are studied,and the weak links in the structure are analyzed,and the problem of poor bearing capacity is solved in order to meet safety and reliability when subject to high impact.According to the efficiency method,the basic loop method and so on to analyze the reverse lock problem,to find a reasonable and effective solution to meet the accuracy and reliability of the reverse.At the same time,through the research to find out the structural design of imperfect or unreasonable,and to improve.Secondly,using SOLIDWORKS to model the 3D model,and introducing the ANSYS platform to grid division of the motor and components.ANSYS analysis of the motor shell,stator,rotor,the assembly of the modal,the natural frequency of their respective frequencies and the associated mode shapes,combined with the actual situation of the external environment,to avoid driving device resonance.The modal analysis of the motor provides a reference for the topology optimization and the optimization design of the follow-up.Finally,the control system of shielded motor drive device,through the three AC asynchronous motor and positioning sensor,frequency converter,so that the corresponding positioning sensor will send a signal to PLC,PLC according to the location of the sensor signal,through the frequency converter frequency conversion speed to complete the valve switch action.The practical application shows that the designed driving device can meet the requirements of the automatic switch valve and no leakage of the delivery process.
