Vibration generated by the centrifugal pump group easily affect the security and stability of the unit running,resulting in damage to the components,thereby affecting the life of unit.Noise generated by the unit running will cause noise pollution of working environment and living environment,affecting people’s physical and mental health.With the rapid development of modern industry and society,the centrifugal pump running safety,stability and the requirements of relevant staff working and living environment are becoming higher and higher.Therefore,research on vibration and noise reduction of centrifugal pump group is important to achieve running safety and stability and to improve the working environment of the centrifugal pump.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:According to the flow and lift etc parameters provided by users,parametric design was set for part of parameters of centrifugal pump in which the water conservancy commissioned by professionals.Therefore,do not research here.The structure of the centrifugal pump group were briefly described,its transmission mode is magnetic drive and motor model is JYZC90S-2,the structure of flow component is single stage single-suction.The design process of centrifugal pump group was described,the calculation process of contrast-revolution,pump shaft power,impeller blade outlet width,blade number and blade thickness etc were given.After centrifugal pump group processing completed by the enterprise,the noise and vibration test was made and the test data was analyzed.It is proved that the main reasons to affect vibration include rotor balancing difference;the motor shaft and pump shaft alignment accuracy is not high;foundation loose or base insufficient stiffness;fluid pulsation occurs;bearings accuracy cannot meet the requirements;lubricating liquid membrane eddy etc.Noise is mainly due to hydraulic noise generated by fluid pulsation.According to the vibration and noise test data results and analysis conclusions of centrifugal pump group,proposed optimal design of centrifugal pump group.The three-dimensional modeling of pump body,impeller-rotor system,containment shell and outer rotor were established using SOLIDWORKS software,then the modal was analyzed using ANSYS software.It is concluded that top 10 order natural frequency and modal vibration mode.The first natural frequency of the various components are much higher than the centrifugal impeller blade passing frequency,so the resonance phenomenon will not occur.The vibration and noise of improved centrifugal pump group was tested again,the results has been greatly improved.
