With increasing levels of industry, the types of power Machinery increasing, vibration and noise pollution generated are becoming increasingly serious. Noise can interfere with work or leisure activities in the language of communication, in some respects, the noise can affect people’s behavior, it can even cause temporary hearing loss, If the noise level is strong enough, it also can produce permanent hearing damage; Second, excessive vibration affect the normal operation of the machine, reduce equipment performance index, and even cause damage due to the intensity of the problem. Therefore, vibration and noise control has important theoretical and practical significance.This text based on the single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump hydraulic design, strength calculation, noise and vibration reduction design, and tested to verify their theoretical design results, the main contents and conclusions are as follows.(1) In the design of the hydraulic model, using traditional design methods similar size conversion method initially identified hydro, then through the hydraulic components CFD flow field analysis, makes the whole smooth flow of hydraulic flow channel, vortex does not appear obvious, gentle pressure and other flow parameters, rational design of hydraulic structures, Both to meet the hydraulic performance requirements, but also effectively reduce the hydraulic noise to achieve the desired goals and meet the high performance requirements of the design:flow100m3/h, head60m, efficiency75%;(2) in the structural design, strength check by conventional empirical formulas and stress analysis software, designed in the right direction, reasonable and feasible solution. Compact overall structure, movement gap, rotating parts positioning a reasonable choice, in the choice of bearing wall thickness, left a certain margin, making the pump with high security and reliability;(3) in the design of noise reduction, combined with hydraulic, structural design, and through the centrifugal pump noise source and pipeline analysis, take specific measures were in pump hydraulic, structural, electromagnetic three areas, to reduce the noise of the pump;(4) the design and analysis of the above conclusions apply to the actual product test verification, the results showed that:hydraulic performance to meet the requirements, noise and vibration results in line with expectations index. The results for the centrifugal pump design, manufacturing and laboratory testing to provide a reference, for the class of centrifugal pump noise control provides methods.
