The traditional process of ship design is serial design process.The actual process of yacht design is often a process that involving a multi-disciplinary and coupling various influence factors which restrict each other.The factors involves such as floating,resistance,structure and stability.This paper details a theoretical method that involved in optimization process,not only compares two different optimization strategies but also compares the existing integration framework.The iSIGHT software was used to establish frame of structure,rapidity and economic subjected on collaborative optimization framework which are based on collaborative optimization algorithm.At the same time,based on the general process of yacht design,the results of multidisciplinary design optimization are applied to determine the main dimensions of a twenty-four meter power yacht.The Rhino model?line drawings?effect image and general layout are established.The range of the mathematical variables based on MDO model was determined by the main dimensions.The yacht design and method of multidisciplinary design optimization are combined for clearing the goal of design optimization.According to the framework of collaborative optimization algorithm,the problem of how to optimize yacht is decomposed into three sub-disciplines: structure,rapidity and economy.In each of the modeling process,the theoretical content of various sub-disciplines which are related to the yacht is introduced.Nine variables was selected which are involved in three sub-disciplines.In the structure sub-discipline,variables include the hull plate thickness,size of profile and thickness of bulkhead.According to the four total vertical extreme conditions,the structural strength of hull was calculated.In the rapidity and economy sub-discipline,design variables are subjected to waterline length L,molded breadth B,draft T,speed V and block coefficient CB.After the establishment of the approximate model of the sub-discipline,a mathematical model of the optimization problem which is based on the framework of the coordination optimization algorithm is constructed.In order to obtain the optimal solution of the mathematical model,it is necessary to solve the optimization of multiple sub-objectives at the same time.In this paper,the agent model is integrated into the collaborative optimization framework.Three agent models are established to speed up the optimization process.During the process of yacht modeling design,this paperclassifies and analyzes the classification of traditional yacht and the market competitiveness of similar products and a new theory is introduced.Through the influence of this paper,the capability of research and the development of small yacht company will be enhanced.It is a great significance to improve China's overall level of yacht design.
