Reseach Of The Application On Once Berth Erection Technologies

Berth erection is the highest stage of shipbuilding process.The development of shipbuilding technologies and the transformation of shipbuilding mode makes the once berth erection without fitting allowance technology be important to save building cost,energy and material,shorten berth period,and improve the quality,thus the once berth erection becomes one of the key technologies.The presented paper aims to establish a faster,more effective berth erection mode by analyzing the related factors.Following is the details:Firstly,this paper investigates the precise control technologies of ship manufacturing.The precise control related drawings,such as baseline,the margin capacity and those precise control technologies help to shape integrated and steady process,are detailed in the stage of production design,which can avoid the error transformation effectively.Secondly,the section manufacturing precise has been outlined by analyzing the typical problems in section manufacturing.The measurement method of cutting,assemble and welding process and the margin position have been discussed.The key point of precise control in the process of ship manufacturing,such as the levelness,perpendicularity,and principal dimensions,are outlined separately.And the management factors and measures are proposed for more precise control of ship section quality.Thirdly,this paper includes the method and fitting equipment of effective berth erection technologies.From the point of process,the effective erection methods,such as huge section manufacturing,the transform approaches of huge section manufacturing,the accommodation section building wholly,design lug of typical section,and the new type scaffold are exampled and detailed;together with the effective welding methods,the application of those technologies and equipments improve the efficiency of once berth erection.At last,taking 57000 DWT carrier as an example,the whole technologies and methods mentioned above are applied to the manufacturing process.The statistical data denotes that with the application mentioned technologies and equipment,the ratio of once berth erection achieves a new top point as 88.4 percent,higher 8.4 percent than before.
