With the rapid economic growth, people are already aware of the dangers of traditional construction on the environment and the consumption of resources,causing a series of social and environmental problems.Large-scale promotion has been done in foreign countries and our country has also gradually popularized.The trend of the future development construction market in China,in order to achieve industrial upgrading of future construction and realize the sustainable development.Industrial building and traditional building are in a different way,but it can be better to achieve the optimal allocation of resources,and it can break through the traditional construction demand for manual labor,and it's beneficial to the industry changing from extensive to intensive.The Chinese government since the mid-90-s began to advocate construction industrialization.So this paper is going to analysis this problem in to following 3 area:The first step is through investigating and researching on the construction site, and attend the meeting hosted by the ministry, get a lot of valuable data.Under the bill of quantities and the analysis of data,it is concluded that for the present of industrialized building costs affect the price of the largest is the PC components.The second step is through expert interview and questionnaire survey,making sure all impact on the cost effectiveness of industrialized building of 13 indicators,resume the industrialized building cost effective evaluation system,and by adopting the combination of quantitative and qualitative way by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and expert scoring method to determine the weights of the indexes,eventually form the weight list.The third step is using a northern file to invest in engineering economics related theory analysis, identify the plant produced by the lowest price PC component can be accepted, and according to the evaluation before, some factors of higher weight table hierarchy detailed analysis, finally it is concluded that our country industrialization construction problems of the main causes of and to give the solutions for these problems.
