| Anchor is the main bearing structure of suspension Bridges, it bears great strain from main cable, and pass it to the foundation. It is the key component to guarantee the stability of suspension bridge of the bridge structure. This paper, taking Dalian Seaside Avenue South bridge as the background, of which the anchor is the first offshore gravity anchor of China. Its anchor caisson is largest precast caisson, weighing 26000 tons, which means that the bridge anchor caisson installation and the construction of the anchor face unprecedented engineering problems. What’s more, the measurements of the bridge are of great difficulty. At the same time, the limit of the Marine engineering topographic condition and the changing atmospheric conditions brings measurement precision more challenges. This paper collected a large number of data to obtain a large amount of measured data.The main contents are as follows:(1) Introduced suspension bridges and anchor, and expounded the background of this paper.(2) Carried on a comprehensive summary for the one-way method, back-and-forth method and the midpoint method of the triangle elevation measurement, introduced the basic theory of atmospheric refraction. This project is Marine engineering, because of the limitation of terrain and observation condition in some cases can only be one-way observation method, and the unidirectional observation of the influence of atmospheric refraction is great, therefore, we adopted double objective observations, greatly reduce the influence of atmospheric refraction.(3)Expounded the construction technology of large caisson installation and measurement techniques to ensure installation is completed in the application of the installation process; For the anchor construction process, including the anchor body strength framework construction, the anchor body embedded parts after construction, the anchorage system of anchor steel plate construction, anchor system positioning steel bracket installation etc,this paper briefly introduced the construction technological process, for the construction process, measuring method including establishing the construction survey control net and construction lofting has been expounded. Finally, this paper introduced the mass concrete temperature monitoring technology for anchor.(4) Introduced the subsidence monitoring programme and the geological conditions of the east anchor and west anchor. Analyzed the measured data for a period of more than three years, and divided the period into three parts:the period after the caisson installation and before rising mud, the period after rising mud and before the construction of anchor, and the anchor construction period,and then analyzed the three stages for the subsidence.(5) Used the finite element analyzing software ANSYS for the subsidence numerical simulation analysis after rising mud,then compared the results of the measured results and the analysis results and analyzed the causes of the gap between them... |
