The test system of locomotive wheel slip adhesion is an important part of the State Key Laboratory of traction and control of motor vehicles and locomotives.The system is composed of a stick slip torsion vibration test bench and a flywheel load test bench, which can realize the simulation experiment of the impact angle, dynamic wheel weight, vehicle kinetic energy, running resistance and the interval running.The stick slip torsion vibration test rig can realize some simulation in the test process, such as Normal force, creep force and creep velocity of wheel/rail; synchronous measurement of current and voltage, traction torque and load torque of traction motor; different axle load, the rail surface state changes, test speed, traction torque and load torque change. To realize the simultaneous measurement of multiple axle speed, and can realize the replacement of different adhesion control algorithm, visco sliding control technology to provide the basis for the study.Flywheel load test bench is the vehicle translational mass into the moment of inertia, inertia flywheel to simulate the vehicle in the actual starting and braking process. By a single locomotive motor or four subway train motor driving two flywheel load+1 accompany DC motor to simulate total resistance of vehicle inertial motion and operation condition, and can be used for the simulation of air resistance, by adjusting the size of the excitation to change the load of traction converter at different load conditions of the motor acceleration, braking control ability.The key of system design is the relationship between wheel and rail-stick slip torsional vibration test to simulate the locomotive wheel load test bench and how to realize the simulation of different power levels. It is difficult in the design of the system is placed in the space is limited, other peripheral equipment to environmental test requirements are higher, how to make the system in the full realization of the function under the premise of done to save space, beautiful and durable, environmental noise, sufficient heat, safe and reliable.
