Most of the rotating machinery is driven by mechanical drive and mechanical composition, between the two transfer torque through various couplings.Compared to many kinds of other coupling, gear sleeve/spline coupling with large contact area, carrying capacity, centering and guide of good performance, high reliability, and can compensate the torque transfer errors, etc., so it is widely applied to transfer large torque and centering precision rotating mechanical coupling mechanism. However, aviation spline under complex loading conditions, structural sophistication, sometimes can’t reasonable lubrication, inevitably produce various vibration wear, seriously affect the aircraft transmission system safe,reliable operation and long service life. Therefore, this paper mainly from the spline failure, vibration, wear, misalignment, rotor dynamics, experimental research a, etc, carry out detailed theoretical study and experimental study.Firstly starting from the analysis of spline tooth deformation, the single tooth stiffness of spline meshing is derived, and to set of spline engaging transverse stiffness model, deriving lateral stiffness of the small disturbance and large disturbance and the stiffness of the spline in the steady state, the example simulation is givenThen based on theoretical derivation and the classical theory of wear, wear on the complex spline model were simplified analysis, established completely, parallel misalignment and angle misalignment spline wear calculation model, and through the concrete example verified the effectiveness, the relationship between spline wear and the misalignment amount, torque, amplitude, hardness and other factors is obtained.And establish spline rotor system dynamics model by the finite element method, solving the spline connection state the system dynamics, provide a theoretical basis for the choice of the dynamic balance of spline and the control of vibration and wear.At last, a transmission spline vibration and wear test device is built, for factors of misalignment,carry out the spline vibration wear experiment, and gain the relation of spline wear volume with time on the misalignment condition; Different rotate speeds, torque effect on the vibration characteristics of the spline experiments were carried out to get the spline vibration in speed/torque dynamic characteristics.The research results provide the theoretical model and experimental data for the design, manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance of the aircraft spline...
