Involute spline is a key component in the transmission system of automobile,ship,aviation and other industries.In the Marine wet friction clutch transmission,the bearing capacity and working life of spline connection play a decisive role in the reliability of the transmission system.The traditional ways of design do not take into account the influence of misalignment machining error and torque fluctuation,so the load distribution and fretting wear life of the spline pair cannot be accurately determined and predicted.Therefore,it is necessary to study the stress distribution and fretting wear performance of the involute spline pair under various misalignment working conditions.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In this paper,the various forms of the involute spline of friction clutch are analyzed,and the maximum misalignment is calculated.The uneven distribution of load between teeth and in the direction of teeth when the involute spline has misalignment is theoretically analyzed by the method of step by step loading,and the influence on the strength of involute spline is studied.(2)Based on the Lagrange equation,a coupling dynamic model of torsional transverse vibration of involute spline drive was established,and the fretting phenomenon and self-centering effect were analyzed.According to the fretting wear mechanism of involute splines,the fretting wear amount and life of involute splines with different machining accuracy were calculated by using Archard model and SWT parameter method.(3)The stress distribution and anti-fretting wear performance of spiral involute splines were analyzed to determine the optimal rotation direction and helix Angle,reduce stress concentration and improve anti-fretting wear ability.(4)The tooth direction of involute spline pair is modified by three ways of tooth direction slope modification,drum modification and segment parabola modification,the tooth rood bending stress,contact pressure,fretting wear and fretting fatigue life of involute spline were compared and analyzed,improve the uneven load distribution of spline pair and reduce fretting wear.This paper has some reference value for the design and optimization of involute spline of friction clutch,such as misalignment analysis,partial load analysis,fretting wear amount and fretting fatigue life estimation.
