This paper briefly introduces the structure of solid rocket motor and the important role of solid rocket motor combustion chamber spraying process. A new type of solid rocket motor spraying equipment was designed according to technical requirements of upgrading and regeneration of solid rocket motor combustion chamber spraying process equipments and combustion chamber products specification information.This paper mainly discussing the design process of the support structure of combustion chamber. The support wheel's size and location are designed according to the analysis of combustion chamber supporting structure of rotary body parts; The stringer load location and the auxiliary support location was specified by the analysis of the length of different type combustion chamber. On this basis, a new type of support structure was designed. According to the constraint condition of steel structure design. A mathematical model was instructed by the load analysis of moving beam and support's column. Detailed design of the support structure is finished after function-oriented design of stent's key part's parameters by the math tool of MATLAB.The parametric model is built by ANASYS APDL language, static analysis of spraying stent is done by simulating stand working conditions. Natural frequency which is the basement of avoiding vibration is calculatedFinally the optimal design was worked out based on the parametric model structured by the ANSYS Parametric Design Language by the first order method.
