Structural topology optimization is the frontier research topic and the hot issue in the field of structural optimization in recent years, it can get the optimal distribution of material on the basis of improving or maintaining the performance of the structure. The topology optimization technology can not only shorten the design cycle, reduce equipment weight,improve the overall design level of product, but also can solve design problems of complex structure cannot be solve by the conventional design. This thesis studied an airborne console by using the theory and method of the finite element analysis and structural topology optimization design.According to the theory of mathematical programming method, the console is optimized step by step by using the method of tolerance stratified sequencing method, in order to implementation the multi-objective topology optimization problem of special structure. Step 1the console is designed with topology optimization by take stiffness as optimization goals and volume fraction as constraint function to obtain topology optimization results. Increasing the value of tolerance on the basis of step 1 topology optimization results in order to reinstitution the topology optimization design space. Step 2 the mathematical model of topology optimization is established by take the first order natural frequency as optimization objective,frequency response displacement and volume fraction as the constraints function, and obtain the structure layout through the analysis of the topology optimization, and get the topology optimization design model of the concept. According to results of topology optimization and consider traditional design section size and thickness, using parameterized modeling technology to establish result model.Based on the results model of topology optimization, select the each lever thickness of console as design variables, and the first-order natural frequency or two-order natural frequency of the console as the optimization goal, and the total weight as the constraint for sensitivity analysis, to obtain the sensitivity of one or two order natural frequency and quality relative to the thickness of the lever. According to the results of sensitivity analysis to select optimization design variables for second level size optimization. after the size optimization the quality reduce about 5.711% and the first order natural frequency increase by 40.45% and second order natural frequency increase by 46.58% and the change effect is very obvious.Through compare between structure of traditional(conventional) design and structure of topology optimization design show that the low order natural frequency of structure of topology optimization design improve obvious. And instructions structure of topology optimization design has the excellent performance of structure. Finally, the console oftopology optimization design is random vibration analyzed and compared. At the same time,the accuracy and reliability is verified by vibration environment test.
