Study On Slow Traffic Planning In The Cold And Arid Mountainous Small City

"Haze" has became the hot keyword in the search list, and it's repeatedly boarded the news headlines around the country. The country's air quality has become the focus of attention for people around the world,it is so shocking that the contribution rate of motor vehicle exhaust of PM2.5, and it makes people in reflecting on the pros and cons of motor traffic brought life to the public, and to look at the people have long been neglected but it runs throughout the people travel between the slow traffic. Cold mountain areas in dry small city is located in China's northwest inland, sparsely populated, many small cities are still at the initial stage of development and construction, has yet to suffer "haze", from the perspective of sustainable development, construction reasonable slow traffic system in the mountain areas in cold dry small urban will develop the region environment and traffic development and will make outstanding contributions in the future.It will be studied that the slow traffic system of small cities in the region of cold and drought area in this paper. This paper use literature search, case analysis, field investigation and summarization to analyze and study the research objects. This thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter discusses the research background, research content, purpose and significance of the study and research methods; the second chapter discusses and researches scope in the definition of the cold and arid, mountainous small city, and slow traffic system,through researching the development of slow traffic system at home and abroad, then lists some cases of mountain cities construction and development of the chronic traffic, and summarizes the theory and methods of establishing slow traffic system; the third chapter researches related on the basis of the cold and arid mountain small city slow traffic system,and summarizes the characteristics of the research objects and analyzes the current situation and existing the problem, puts forward the construction of slow traffic three necessity, and summarizes the factors that influence the mountainous arid region of small city slow traffic system planning provides on the basis of the theory; the fourth chapter is the core chapters of this paper, based on previous theoretical research, combined with the actual situation of cold and arid mountainous region small cities, from the macro, meso and micro three levels to explore the construction of small mountainous urban slow traffic system in cold and arid regions. Macro is mainly directed against the slow traffic system in non motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic network planning and constructing; meso mainly on the slow line block,slow nodes and slow facilities planning; the micro level is marked on the spiritual level of slow landscape, slow and slow security asked questions of planning and design that. Finally,to put forward a specific plan implementation strategy; the fifth chapter will use Dongxiang County as an example to research cold and arid mountainous region small urban slow trafficsystem practical case application. Finally, the thesis summarizes the full text context structure,shortage of left in the study, I hope it can play a role in the development of slow traffic system in frigid and arid mountainous region small cities., through the research of cold and arid mountainous region small city slow traffic system planning.
