In developed countries,industries such as civil aviation,railways,hotel management and long-distance buses have widely adopted the idea of revenue management,which has significantly improved corporate profits.Revenue management is mainly to determine the bestselling price of commodities through the forecast of demand and the analysis of demand behavior based on market segmentation.Therefore,pricing strategy and stock control strategy are important means of improving corporate income in revenue management theory.With the rapid expansion of China’s high-speed railways and the continuous advancement of market-oriented reforms,they have shown weak public welfare attributes and significant commodity economy attributes.Therefore,many researchers have introduced the concept of revenue management in China’s railway passenger transport market.Existing research shows that passengers with different OD pairs can be regarded as different passenger transport markets,and different pricing strategies and ticket allocation strategies are adopted according to the demand laws of passengers,and ticket pricing and seat allocation are usually studied as independent issues.However,the change of the ticket price will affect the actual demand of passengers,and then affect the rationality of the seat allocation plan,which often ignores the mutual influence and mutual restriction between the two.Therefore,from the perspective of maximizing the income of railway transportation enterprises,this thesis considers the interaction between ticket volume and fare,and studies the collaborative optimization of highspeed railway ticket volume and fare,aiming to provide decision-making reference for the actual operation of my country’s railway transportation enterprises.The main research work of this thesis includes the following two aspects:(1)The collaborative optimization method of railway passenger seat allocation and ticket pricing based on elastic demand is to analyze the relationship between railway ticket price and demand,and on the basis of balancing the satisfaction of various OD demands,with the purpose of maximizing the interests of railway enterprises,to build collaborative optimization model of seat allocation and ticket pricing with multiple trains and multiple stop mode.Based on this,this study considers the elastic relationship between passenger travel demand and ticket price by constructing an elastic demand function,and under strict capacity constraints and the relevant policy requirements of fare formulation.The value of the actual number of tickets sold is the minimum number of tickets allocated and the actual demand,and a collaborative optimization model of seat allocation and ticket pricing is constructed with the goal of maximizing the revenue of railway enterprises.(2)This research innovatively designs a corresponding algorithm for solving the global convergence solution for the collaborative optimization model of seat allocation and ticket pricing.In this algorithm,a relaxation linearization technique,a method for determining the upper and lower bounds,and a strategy for reducing the solution space are proposed.First,by logarithmizing the objective function,and then adopting piecewise linearization technology,the model is transformed into a mixed integer linearization model.Second,by relaxing the linearized model and the characteristics of the problem,the upper and lower bounds of the model are determined respectively.At the same time,in order to further reduce the whole solution scale and improve the solution efficiency,a strategy to reduce the spatial range of the solution is proposed.Finally,based on the above strategies,the corresponding algorithm for solving the global convergence solution is designed,and its global convergence is proved.At the same time,the global convergence of the algorithm and the efficiency of the solution are verified by an example.Finally,the research content and research results of this thesis are comprehensively summarized,and the research direction of the collaborative optimization of seat allocation and ticket pricing in the market-oriented operation of high-speed rail in China is further prospected.There are 28 figures,24 tables,and 88 references in this thesis.
