With development of the national economy, human dependence and demand to the energy is increasing,but the fossil energy is decreasing. Under pressure of sustainable development and environment, all countries in the world are developing renewable energy as an important goal. Wind power generation has become the mainstream of development at home and abroad because of the factors of technology, economy,environment protection and other aspects. A greater negative impact has been brought to safe operation of power grid, because of volatility,stochastic,intermittent characteristics,the low using number of hours, poor power quality of the wind power output, as well as power grid huge peak pressure. How to eliminate the negative impact of wind power on power grid operation and access the power network reasonably has become the main issues of wind power generation. So research and analysis of the access system of Jianping Sanlengshan wind farm in detail is carried out in this thesis.First of all, taking Sanlengsan wind farm as the research object of Chaoyang power grid access, and making a detailed analysis of the power grid by considering comprehensively the current status and future development planning, the position and role of the wind farm is located. Secondly, considering the surrounding and the local power grid, power balance, load balance, the balance of wind direction and new energy acceptance ability capacity of Chaoyang power grid are introduced. At the same time,two sets of feasible solutions of the specific access systems are put forward. The power flow distribution and technical economy are calculated and checked, and the optimal access scheme is determined. Finally, the secondary system access schemes are analyzed and confirmed, and gives the detailed investment estimation.
