With the rapid development of China Smart Grid, the standards related to electric power information communication system are increasing. The massive standards cause the adoption of standards complex, difficult, time-consuming and labor-intensive. The situation hinders the development of China Smart grid. Pointed at this, the thesis-- adoption and classification about the standards of information communication technologies in power grid is studied in the article. Standard classification systems are constructed. Adopting standards about information communication technologies are analyzed. The web system of the standards about the electric power information communication technologies is studied.In the article, standard classification systems about electric power information communication technologies are studied firstly. The system of ?profession first, production later?, the system of ?production together with profession? and the comprehensive classification system is constructed. The standard classification systems are constrasted detailedly. The traits of them are summarized.Adopting standards about electric power information communication technologies are studied secondly. The study includes two parts, analysis and typical application research about standards of electric power information communication technologies. The analysis includes four aspects, transmission network, optical cable network, service network and supporting network. Some common problems about adopting standards are summarized. The typical application research includes two aspects. One is study on some problems of PTN transmission in relay protection services. The other is analysis about services bearing in power secondary system adopting soft switch or IMS.The web system of the standards about the electric power information communication technologies is studied finally. Development environments and development technologies are dicussed. System requirements and system architectures are studied. Running results of the web system are showed.
