PC box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new kind of composited structure that originated in 1980 s.As the creation of the external prestressing technology,this composited structrue formed by concrete and steel has seen a rapid development these years.Both materials can be made full use of their mechanical property when load is put on the structure.while concrete roof and bay take the bending moment and corrugated steel webs take the shear plat,PC box girder with corrugated steel combines both properties of steel an concrete.This new type of section has special characteristic on bending,torsion,warpage and shearing which is quite differnt from normal PC box beam.It has great value for research when apply to the curve beam.Based on the former prduction,this paper mainly completed the following work:1.On the basis of consulting and collecting a large number of related materials,this paper explain the history and featrue of the PC box girder with corrugated steel webs.The introduction illustrates the recent study situation and the latest application of the corrugated steel webs.2.Based on related former research results,this paper sum up the the loading characteristics of the corrugated steel web box girder.And find out the elastic modulus of the corrugated steel webs.3.Camparing with straight line bridge,this paper anlsys the influence of the relevant parameter in the curve girder like bending-torsional coupling effect with corrugated steel webs.The dates are also be calculated by geometrical relationship and the behaviour of the curve beam.The torsional rigidity of the structure is discussed when the curve bridge has single box and room or single box double rooms.4.By using energy method,differential equation of the simply supported curve beam is deduced which under the shifty radial line load or torque based on advisable Warping displacement function.5.Setting appropriate model test beam sizes contained sizes of the section,calculated span and radius of curvature,finite models are established by ANSYS to simulate the stress and displacement of the PC box curve brige with corrugated steel webs.The differential equation and analytic solution is venified by comparing the conclusion of the 3D finite element models.
