Although China’s water resources are plentiful,but due to the large population size and uneven distribution of water resources.In addition,people’s material needs improve rapidly with the development of science and technology in recent years,obviously,the water resources has been unable to support the needs of social development and people’s life at present.Therefore,changing the status of water resources and solving water problems increasingly become a focus of the scientific community and the whole society.High-lift water pumping station has been prospectively applied in the engineering,because it can improve uneven distribution of water resources with low environmental condition and low cost.Pumping stations will generate severe while in status because mechanical mounting accuracy is not enough,the water hammer and so on.Such vibration will be badly harmful to the normal running of the pumping station.Pipe vibration can cause cracking damage of pipeline,or affect the safety of adjacent buildings,it even go so far as to cause an accident.In order to prevent potential accident,the study of piping vibration characteristics of pumping stations is necessary.The 2# typical pipeline of three pumping station on the main line in Jingtaichuan electrical lifting irrigation second-stage project was selected as the study object in this article.It researched the vibration source composition of the structure and its influence.Based on prototype observation data and theoretical analysis,Structural vibration frequency during Running Processes,starting-up and shutdown process were identified,and dynamic load source were determined.Furthermore,the contributions of different frequencies were calculated when vibrations of the main measured points reached the maximum values.The contributions of the measured frequency bands energy to whole vibration response were also examined.The results showed that: the major vibration causes of pressure pipeline during opening,running and shutting down and other of different periods was changing,therefore,during the damping process need to select different measures for different situations.The numerical model of pressure pipeline was established with ANSYS,which were to identify vibration sources and confirm the positions easily occurring deformation during the operation.Finally,since the main vibration of pressure piping under different conditions is not constant,the appropriate damping measures was needed to reduce the vibration of pipeline.Specific contents are as follows:(1)using DASP system analyze obtained test data,①Explore the causes of pipeline vibration with time-domain analysis and find out the positions easily occurring deformation under different working conditions;②Detect the vibration sources and corresponding frequencies of pressure pipeline with the spectrum analysis method in the processes of start-up and steady running;③Confirm the main source causing the pipeline vibration by power spectrum method under different working conditions.(2)The finite element simulation model is built by the use of fluid element method,it simulate the vibration deformation of pressure pipeline,the results indicate that vibration at the elbow and at the junction of two pipeline are more serious,which is agree with the field test results of DASP.(3)Since the main vibration of pressure piping under different conditions is not constant,the appropriate damping measures are needed to reduce the vibration of pipeline.
